sujatalaxmansolase: Myself sujata laxman solase .i am a primary teacher in z.p. Ahmadnagar .I had been doing jobs in rural areas from seventeen years .In this period i had worked for rural areas chilrens to came in main stream for education .And due to Dnyanrachanawad pupils learns how to learn.My strong belief is practical knowledge is the best way of learning. Acording to the indian education policy every studentb should come forward in main stream of education ,thats i thought every teachers job in todays .We all knows very wel that india is the country of villages and 80% of poullation is in agriculture field and living their life in very few needs or in poverty .So as a filed worker this is my first job to look after the chilren and thier sorrows of thierv daily life .Personaly i thouhgt that every theacher couldnt keep him away from the social duties .
